Thanks to social media and our website, we reached a wider audience than we normally knew, and then, thanks to online sales, the entire nation opened its doors. It was then that we understood who we truly are; thanks to the world around us, we now truly know ourselves; the broader the exchange, the greater our understanding. We found ourselves faced with hundreds of recipes arriving from all over Italy, and we decided to collect them to share them, so that we wouldn't be the only beneficiaries of such culinary passion. Our goal wasn't simply to collect recipes, but to give every Italian the opportunity to discover the delicacies and traditions of their fellow countrymen. We wanted to bring a tasting journey into your homes, starting in the Aosta Valley and ending in Sicily. We searched online, asked around, sought advice, and listened to suggestions and ideas. From all of this, this book was born, the fruit of contributions from housewives, food bloggers, and cooking enthusiasts.
